I used eyeconic because it was connected to my vision insurance, i was a little nervous at first. I always worry with stuff like this that I’m going to get fooled by some “discount” that disappears at checkout or end up paying more than expected. But my benefits showed up while I was browsing frames, so I could see what was covered and what I’d owe right away.
Checkout was straightforward, and the insurance discount was already applied before I paid. I didn’t have to call anyone, upload forms, or chase down a reimbursement afterward, which was a relief. Overall, it saved me time and some money, and I felt like I actually knew what I was paying for.

Support was able to sort out my issue, so I appreciate that. I just wish the instructions had been a bit clearer from the start, because it would’ve saved some back and forth. Overall, it got resolved, so thanks.
